Air Travel
BIO CEO & Investor Conference 2006 attendees can take advantage of discounted fares to New York, on United, United Express, TED by United, or United code share flights operated by US Airways, US Airways Express and Air Canada.
Domestic Attendees
- 2% discount off Q, V, W, S, T AND L published fares in effect when the tickets are purchased subject to all restrictions and rules applicable to the fare purchased.
Or - 5% discount off applicable M, E, U, H fares in effect when tickets are purchased subject to all restrictions and rules applicable to the fair purchased.
Or - 10% discount off applicable F, A, P, C, D, Y, and B fares in effect when tickets are purchased subject to all restrictions and rules applicable to the fare purchased.
- For tickets purchased more than 30 day prior to travel the following discounts will apply
- 7% discount off Q, V, W, S, T and L published fares.
Or - 10% discount off applicable M, E, U, H fares.
Or - 15% discount off applicable F, A, P, C, D, Y and B fares.
- Area Pricing based upon geographical locations.
International Attendees
- 10% discount off any United, Lufthansa or United Express published fare, excluding First Class, in effect when the tickets are purchased subject to all applicable restrictions
Or - 15% discount off full coach booked in Y class of service.
- An additional 5% discount is applicable when tickets are issued 60 days prior to travel.
Certain Restrictions: (subject to change without notice)
- Area pricing will require a two (2) night minimum stay, maximum thirty (30) days.
- Area pricing cannot be combined with other discounts, discount certificates or other fare basis codes.
- Changes must be made seven (7) days prior to the outbound departure date.
- Service fees may apply on all outbound changes.
- All discount fares are capacity controlled.

Car Rental Discounts
