One-on-One Meetings
BIO will be hosting one-on-one meetings in private hotel rooms on the 8th floor of the Waldorf=Astoria Hotel. Registered attendees can pre-schedule one-on-ones through BIO's online One-on-One Meeting System. To access the online One-on-One Meeting System login or request a conference account below.

All Bank Sponsors and investors who do not already have a conference account should register here.
Conference Accounts
Registered Companies can participate in One-on-one Meetings by creating a conference account below. You will receive a confirmation message once your account has been approved.

Investor-to-company meetings may only be requested by investors. Participating biotech companies may pre-schedule meetings with other participating life science companies. Meetings will be scheduled in 30-minute intervals:
- from 11:00 AM to 3:30 PM on Monday, February 12th
- from 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM on Tuesday, February 13th
- from 10:30 AM to 4:30 PM on Wednesday, February 14th.
Scheduled meetings will take place in private rooms on the 8th Floor of the Waldorf=Astoria Hotel.
