Reserve Early
The Waldorf-Astoria typically sells out all rooms prior to the annual BIO CEO & Investor Conference. Early reservations are strongly advised.
Waldorf-Astoria reservations can be made by calling the hotel directly. To qualify for the discounted conference rate ($315.00 single/double) you must mention that you are attending the BIO conference. Reservations must be received prior to January 21, 2008, and are available on a first-come, first-served basis.
BIO does not reserve rooms at alternative hotels. However, we recommend contacting the W Hotel at 541 Lexington Avenue, (212) 755-1200 and Intercontinental Barclay Hotel at 111 East 48th Street, (800) 496-7621, which are both located near the Waldorf-Astoria.

To make a reservation please use one of the following options:
- Internet — Book your hotel reservation online.
- Telephone — Call the hotel directly, using the following toll free number:
1-877-476-8792. A credit card number must be provided or the reservation will not be processed. - Fax — When paying by credit card, you may fax a completed

Confirmations
Confirmation numbers are received at the time of booking, modification, and/or cancellation. If you did not receive an acknowledgment via e-mail (if booking via online or fax) or at the conclusion of making the reservation (if booking via telephone) please contact the Waldorf=Astoria reservations office 1-877-476-8792.
Deadline/room rates/taxes
To take advantage of the special CEO & Investors Conference rate, be sure to book your reservation by January 21, 2008. After this date, the hotel may charge significantly higher rates.
All rates are per room per night and are subject to appropriate state and local taxes in effect at the time of the meeting. Currently state and local taxes for this meeting are 13.375%, $2.00 per room per day occupancy tax and $1.50 per day Javits Convention Center fee.
Modification/cancellation of hotel reservations/CANCELLATION FEES
The Waldorf=Astoria will enforce a forty-eight (48) hour cancellation policy.
- Reservations secured by credit card may be made, modified, and/or cancelled without penalty up to 48 hours prior to arrival.
- Reservations cancelled within 48 hours of arrival will incur a penalty of one night’s room and tax.
