BIO CEO & Investor Conference Media Registration Information
Media registration for the BIO CEO & Investor Conference is complimentary for credentialed members of the news media. Everyone attending the conference must present valid photo identification to gain admittance.
Advance registration: Advance media registration will be open December 3, 2007 – February 6, 2008. All freelance journalists, college and Web-based publications are required to register in advance.
Onsite registration: Media wishing to register onsite must present valid, current media credentials (i.e. official picture identification from the employing news organization, signed letter from assignment editor on company letterhead, or a by-lined article from the publication). Without proper, approved credentials, on-site media registration will be denied.
Marketing and public relations executives, analysts, consultants, authors, and researchers may not register as media. BIO reserves the right to limit the number of admission approvals from the same publication or news outlet.
