Housing for the 2009 BIO CEO & Investors Conference is open. To receive the discounted $329.00 single/double occupancy rate please mention that you are attending the BIO CEO & Investor Conference when securing accommodations. Rooms are available on a first-come, first-served basis. All hotel reservations must be received by January 20, 2009, to receive the discounted rate.
Reservations
To make a reservation, please use one of the following options:
- Internet - Book your hotel reservation online
- Telephone - Call the hotel directly, using the following toll free number: 1-877-476-8792. A credit card number must be provided or the reservation will not be processed.
- Fax - When paying by credit card, you may fax a completed completed hotel reservation form, copy per room, to 212-872-4528.
Confirmations
Confirmation numbers are received at the time of booking, modification, and/or cancellation. If you did not receive an acknowledgment via e-mail (if booking via online or fax) or at the conclusion of making the reservation (if booking via telephone) please contact the Waldorf=Astoria reservations office at 1-877-476-8792.
Deadline/Room Rates/Taxes
To take advantage of the special BIO CEO & Investors Conference rate, be sure to book your reservation by January 20, 2009. After this date, the hotel may charge significantly higher rates.
All rates are per room per night and are subject to appropriate state and local taxes in effect at the time of the meeting. Currently state and local taxes for this meeting are 13.375%, $2.00 per room per day occupancy tax and $1.50 per day Javits Convention Center fee.
Modification/Cancellation of Hotel Reservations/Cancellation Fees
The Waldorf=Astoria will enforce a forty-eight (48) hour cancellation policy.
- Reservations secured by credit card may be made, modified, and/or cancelled without penalty up to 48 hours prior to arrival.
- Reservations cancelled within 48 hours of arrival will incur a penalty of one night's room and tax.
