1. Register for the conference using the code number provided in the confirmation email. Your registration includes:

| 3. Create conference account(For invited companies only -- companies applying to present do not need to complete this step.) | Partnering opens December 15, 2008 |
4. Upon approval of conference account, complete company profile to be included in conference materials and partnering system. |

| 6. Sign up for webcasting. (optional) | Prior to conference |
| 7. Submit Speaker Release Form. (optional) | Prior to conference or onsite |
| 8. Send investor kits to hotel. (Email biopartnering@bio.org for shipping info.) | Kits should not arrive before February 6, 2009. |
| 9.Submit presentation to Speaker Ready room onsite. | 4 hours before your presentation |
