To ensure availability and the discounted rate of $249.00, all hotel reservations must be received by January 18, 2010. Reservation requests received after this date will be accepted on a space and rate available basis, which may result in a higher nightly rate. All rates are per room, per night and subject to all state and local taxes in effect at the time of the meeting. Currently state and local taxes for this meeting are 14.75%, $2.00 per room per day occupancy tax and $1.50 per day Javits Convention Center fee.
Confirmations
Confirmation numbers are received at the time of booking, modification, and/or cancellation. If you did not receive an acknowledgment via e-mail (if booking via online) or at the conclusion of making the reservation (if booking via telephone) please contact the Waldorf=Astoria reservations office at 1-877-476-8792.
Modification/Cancellation of Hotel Reservations/Cancellation Fees
The Waldorf= Astoria will enforce a forty-eight (48) hour cancellation policy.
- Reservations secured by credit card may be made, modified, and/or cancelled without penalty up to 48 hours prior to arrival.
- Reservations cancelled within 48 hours of arrival will incur a penalty of one night's room and tax.
